VICTORIA ADUKWEI BULLEY
Victoria is a British-born Ghanaian poet, writer and filmmaker. A former Barbican Young Poet, her work has been commissioned by the Royal Academy of Arts, in addition to featuring on BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour. She was shortlisted for the Brunel University African Poetry Prize 2016, and is one of ten poets on the acclaimed mentorship programme, The Complete Works. Her debut pamphlet, Girl B, edited by Kwame Dawes, is part of the 2017 New-Generation African Poets series. Victoria is the creator of MOTHER TONGUES, an intergenerational poetry, film and translation project supported by Arts Council England and Autograph ABP. She lives in London, and co-curates TCR Poetry, a new monthly poetry evening held at Waterstones Tottenham Court Road.
Omar is a poet, actor, and D Double E tribute act from Forest Gate, East London. He is 1/3 of Rhythm of Men and a Barbican Young Poet.
He also facilitates workshops and in September he'll start on the BA Acting course at RADA.
